When the sun’s finally out you need a breakfast equally sunshiny and full of goodness, enter the smoothie bowl.
Ingredients: makes 1
- 1 cup of frozen berries
- 1/2 a chopped frozen banana
- 1/4 cup muesli (I used this amazing carrot apple one by primrose)
- 1/2 tbsp cocoa nibs
What to do:
- Blend the frozen fruit with a smidge of water, enough to make a thick smoothie (so gradually add water only where needed).
- Scrape out into a bowl and top with the rest of the ingredients.
- Eat and feel great.
