Yes you read that right, chocolate is no longer confined to solid bars or warm swirly milky beverages, it can now be brewed into a delicious (and healthy) tea. Who said chocolate was bad for you?
You will need:
- 2 roasted cacao beans (if you only have unroasted then simply pop in a hot pan for a minute or so until it starts to smell heavenly and make a popping noise to roast)
- Hot water
What to do:
- Drop your beans into boiling water and let steep for about 3-4 minutes. That’s it, the water now tastes deliciously of the beans.
