Creamy vegan oatmeal

My go to cold morning breakfast, perfect with maple syrup smothered on top.

you’ll need (serves 1):

  • 3 tbsp of oats
  • about a cup of water
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

What to do:

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the ingredients and stir slowly on a medium/high heat for around 5 minutes. It will thicken up greatly, if it hasn’t then it requires more time.
  2. Pour into a bowl and cover with your toppings of choice. (tossing some mixed seeds on or chopped nuts adds a nice crunch)
